1. When measuring the gas medium, in order to ensure the stable work of the system equipment, if the pressure pulsation of the equipment is large, a gas damper should be installed for the intelligent pressure switch to reduce the influence of pressure shock on the intelligent pressure switch. In addition, if the surrounding environment has adverse effects on the intelligent pressure switch, different measures should be taken according to the environment, such as vibration environment, high and low temperature environment and so on.

4. During the long-term use of the intelligent digital pressure switch, in order to avoid frequent maintenance, the measured medium must meet the measurement requirements of the intelligent pressure switch, and there must be no medium that is harmful to the intelligent pressure switch, otherwise it will not only affect the measurement accuracy, but also cause damage to the pressure switch. After each use of the pressure switch, operators are required to clean, inspect and maintain it. Developing good maintenance habits is an important prerequisite to ensure the service life of the intelligent pressure switch.
