1 Function of the valve block system
Electro-hydraulic servo control system, in the TRT device, belongs to one of the eight systems. 2 Composition of the valve block system
The system consists of three parts: hydraulic control unit, servo oil cylinder and power oil station.
The hydraulic control unit includes two units: speed control valve control unit and transparent calm blade control unit. Each unit is composed of electro-hydraulic servo valve, electric solenoid valve, solenoid valve for quick closing, oil circuit block and base. The servo cylinder is a double piston rod structure with little friction and good sealing performance.
The power station is composed of oil tank, variable oil pump, oil filter, cooler, pipeline valve, detector and so on.
