Hydraulic one-way valve CCV10-20 is threaded with check valve pressure maintaining valve DF10-05 hydraulic valve
Hydraulic solenoid valve is an automatic basic element used to control fluid and belongs to actuator. It is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Solenoid valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. Mechanical devices in factories are generally controlled by hydraulic steel, so they will be used.
The working schematic diagram of hydraulic solenoid valve generally shows that the main structure of electromagnetic directional valve is divided into valve body and cylindrical valve core located in the valve body. The valve core can move axially in the valve body hole. The annular undercut groove in the valve body hole is communicated with the corresponding main oil hole (P,A,B,T) on the bottom surface of the valve body. When the shoulder of the valve core covers the undercut groove, the oil passage through this groove is cut off, and the shoulder of the valve core not only covers the undercut groove, The inner hole of the valve body beside the undercut groove is also covered for a certain length. When the valve core moves and does not cover the undercut groove, the valve core is opened at this time, and the oil path is communicated with other oil paths. Therefore, with the valve core located in different positions in the valve body, the electromagnetic directional control valve can change the direction of the oil path and control the on-off of different oil holes.
Electromagnetic directional valves have different functions, and their control of oil circuit is also different. The different work of electromagnetic directional valves mainly depends on replacing different types of valve cores, and different valve cores cover different cutting grooves of valve bodies, thus forming different control functions.
