Technical application and advantages of cartridge valve
Threaded cartridge valves are widely used in the field of fluid control functions, and the components that have been applied are electromagnetic directional valves, check valves, relief valves, pressure reducing valves, flow control valves and sequence valves. The extension of commonality in fluid power circuit design and mechanical practicability fully demonstrates the importance of cartridge valves to system designers and users. Due to the versatility of the assembly process, the versatility of the valve hole specifications, and the characteristics of interchangeability, the use of cartridge valves * can achieve perfect design and configuration, and also make cartridge valves widely used in various hydraulic machinery.
Cartridge valve technology application
The three-way valve is formed by two directional valve assemblies in parallel to form a pressure oil port, a working oil port and a return oil port. The number of working states of the three-way cartridge valve depends on the number of working positions of the pilot reversing valve.
The four-way valve consists of two three-way valves in parallel
The pilot valve can be a three-position four-way directional valve, see animation.
Pilot valves can also be two two-position four-way directional valves or four two-position three-way directional valves, see animation.
The number of working states of the four-way cartridge valve depends on the number of working positions of the pilot reversing valve.
