    Product introduction

Pressure sensor is one of the most commonly used sensors in industry, and users should attach great importance to the measurement method when measuring with pressure sensor. The measurement methods of pressure sensors are various, including direct measurement, indirect measurement, combined measurement and so on. Users will be more accurate when they master these measurement methods in the future. Let's introduce the measurement methods of pressure sensors for everyone in the following small series of China Sensor Trading Network.

    Deviation measurement

The measured value is determined by the displacement (deviation) of the instrument pointer. This measurement method is called deviation measurement. When deviation measurement is applied, the instrument calibration is calibrated with standard instruments in advance. When measuring, the input is measured, and the measured value is determined according to the indicated value marked on the scale by the instrument pointer. The measurement process of this method is simple and rapid, but the accuracy of the measurement results is low.

    Zero position measurement

Zero-position measurement is a measurement method that uses the zero indication of a zero-pointing instrument to detect the equilibrium state of the measuring system, and when the measuring system is balanced, the measured value is determined by the known standard quantity. When this measurement method is used to measure, the known standard quantity is directly compared with the measured quantity, and the known quantity should be continuously adjustable. When the zero meter points, the measured standard quantity is equal to the known standard quantity. Such as a balance, a potentiometer, etc. The advantage of zero-position measurement is that it can obtain higher measurement accuracy, but the measurement process is complicated, and it takes a long time to balance the measurement, which is not suitable for measuring rapidly changing signals.

    According to the measurement accuracy

In the whole measurement process, if all the factors (conditions) that affect and determine the measurement accuracy remain unchanged, such as using the same instrument, using the same method and under the same environmental conditions, it is called equal precision measurement. In practice, it is difficult to keep all these factors (conditions) unchanged.
