Points for attention
1) Throttle valve: After adjusting the throttle area, the movement speed of the actuator components with little change in load pressure and low movement uniformity requirements is basically stable. A throttle valve is a valve that controls the flow of fluid by changing the throttle section or length. The throttle valve and the check valve can be combined into a one-way throttle valve by connecting them in parallel. Throttle valve and one-way throttle valve are simple flow control valves. In the hydraulic system of quantitative pump, throttle valve and relief valve are combined to form three throttling speed regulation systems, that is, inlet throttling speed regulation system, return throttling speed regulation system and bypass throttling speed regulation system. The throttle valve has no negative flow feedback function and cannot compensate for the speed instability caused by the load change, which is generally only used for occasions where the load changes little or the speed stability is not required.
(2) Speed control valve: The speed control valve is a throttle valve with pressure compensation. It consists of a constant difference pressure reducing valve and a throttle valve in series. The pressure before and after the throttle valve is led to the right and left ends of the pressure reducing valve spool respectively. When the load pressure increases, the liquid pressure acting on the left end of the pressure reducing valve spool increases, the valve spool moves right, the pressure relief port increases, the pressure drop decreases, and the pressure difference of the throttle valve remains unchanged; And vice versa. In this way, the flow rate of the speed regulating valve is constant. When the load pressure changes, the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the throttle valve can be maintained at a fixed value. In this way, after the throttle area is adjusted, no matter how the load pressure changes, the speed control valve can keep the flow through the throttle valve unchanged, so that the movement speed of the actuator is stable.
