Points for attention
Truck crane is widely used, a multi-purpose car, popular in the special vehicle market, its main components are the chassis of the special vehicle and the loading crane, through the movement of the mechanism such as amplitude, expansion, rotation, hoisting to achieve the mechanical action of the truck crane, through different combinations to achieve lifting operations. There is a component balance valve in the hydraulic system of the crane, which can play a speed limiting role in the fall of the crane, the extension arm and the contraction arm, which can avoid the loss of control in the direction of the heavy object, and make the heavy object and the lifting arm stable in a certain position in the space.
Balancing valve can play a speed limiting role in the crane: when the crane mechanism or load drops, the sequence valve in the balancing valve can use the balance of the valve core to maintain a stable state of the oil return of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic cylinder maintains a uniform motion, in order to obtain a uniform falling speed, the design system needs to pay attention to two points: First, in order to save costs, a simple check valve and an externally controlled internal leakage sequence valve are used to replace the balance valve. This is because although the balance valve is also a combination of a one-way valve and an externally controlled internal leakage type sequence valve, the sequence valve has added a double-layer spring, damping holes and other devices to make the valve core shock absorber; The second is that the control oil circuit of the balance valve should be connected in series to the throttle valve, so that the spool action of the sequence valve is "sluggish", and its speed is not changed because of small changes in external pressure.
