Pressure sensor, as an indispensable device in modern industry and technology, can convert the perceived pressure signal into an electrical signal that can be processed. This conversion process is based on the deformation of the pressure-sensitive element, and when external pressure is applied to the sensitive element, the shape or structure of the element changes, which in turn changes its electrical parameters such as resistance, capacitance or inductance.
