When pressure fluctuates, corresponding measures should be taken according to the following reasons:

1) The pressure control spool spring is too soft or bent, can not maintain a stable pressure, replace the spring;

2) Cone valve or steel ball with the valve seat is not well matched, internal leakage is large and small, resulting in high and low pressure, should be repaired or replaced to ensure a good seal;

3) Oil pollution leads to large and small damping on the main valve, resulting in pressure fluctuations, the main valve damping hole should be cleaned in time, and the oil should be replaced if necessary;

4) The slide valve does not work, should repair or replace the slide valve;

5) The reversing valve remotely connected by the relief valve is out of control or the leakage is large or small, and the reversing valve should be repaired or replaced to ensure that the system is sealed well;

6. If the leakage is serious, corresponding measures should be taken according to the following reasons:

1) Internal leakage, manifested as pressure fluctuation and noise increase;

2) Due to wear or dirt stuck, the cone valve or steel ball and the valve seat are not compatible, should be cleaned or replaced;

3) The gap between the slide valve and the valve body is too large, and the spool of the slide valve should be replaced;

4) External leakage. If the pipe joint is loose or sealed poorly, tighten the pipe street and replace the sealing ring;

5) If the seal on the joint surface is poor or invalid, the joint surface should be repaired and the seal should be replaced.
