Product introduction
Among all kinds of sensors, pressure sensor has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high sensitivity, stability, reliability, low cost and easy integration, and can be widely used in the measurement and control of pressure, height, acceleration, liquid flow rate, liquid level and pressure, and steam pressure sensor.
1. Miniaturization: At present, there is an increasing demand for small pressure sensors in the market, which can work in extremely harsh environments and require little maintenance and little impact on the surrounding environment;
2. Integration: More and more integrated pressure sensors have been integrated with other sensors for measurement to form a measurement and control system, which can improve the operation speed and efficiency in process control and factory automation;
3. Intelligentization: Due to the emergence of integration, steam pressure sensor suppliers can add some microprocessors and steam pressure sensor manufacturers to the integrated circuit, so that the sensor has the functions of automatic compensation, communication, self-diagnosis and logical judgment.
Working principle of pressure sensor: Wheatstone bridge is composed of four strain gauges. Because the strain gauges are firmly attached to the elastic body, the strain gauges will deform like the elastic body. The small-volume load cell is customized, which will lead to the change of resistance. The output signal of Wheatstone bridge will provide these deformation information, so that the force acting on the strain gauges can be calculated.
Specifically, the pressure sensor can integrate the sensor with amplification, operation and other physical quantities, such as temperature, pressure, angle, acceleration, vibration, etc., so that users can directly read or use the force value and other physical value changes through wired, wireless and bus transmission modes, providing security for the application of mechanical equipment.
Pressure sensor is the most commonly used sensor in industrial practice, which is widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent building, production control, aerospace, military industry, petrochemical industry, oil well, electric power, ships, machine tools, pipelines and other industries. The following briefly introduces the principles and applications of some commonly used sensors.
Introduction to pressure measurement. Absolute pressure sensor, differential pressure sensor, gauge pressure sensor. Pressure measurement can be divided into three categories: (1) Measurement of absolute pressure. Measurement of gauge pressure. (3) Measure the differential pressure. Absolute pressure refers to the pressure corresponding to absolute vacuum measurement. Surface pressure refers to the pressure corresponding to the regional atmospheric pressure. Pressure difference refers to the pressure difference between two pressure sources.
