Solenoid valve coil is one of the key components of solenoid valve, which is mainly formed by wire winding on the insulation skeleton. When the coil is connected to the current, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a magnetic field will be generated inside the coil. This magnetic field is the core force that drives the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve also includes components such as the valve body, spool and spring, of which the spool is usually made of magnetic material and can be acted on by magnetic field forces. When the coil is energized, the generated magnetic field attracts the spool to move, thereby changing the on-off state of the valve and controlling the on-off of the fluid channel. When the coil is powered off, the magnetic field disappears, and the spool is reset under the action of the spring, returning to the initial state.
