    Product introduction

    1. The solenoid valve is a device that utilizes the principle of electromagnetism to regulate the flow of medium.

    It can be classified into two types: single-coil solenoid valve and double-coil solenoid valve.

     

    2. Single-coil solenoid valve working principle: With only one coil, this type of solenoid valve generates a magnetic

    field when energized, causing the movable iron core to pull or push the valve. When power is cut off, the magnetic field

    dissipates and the spring brings back the valve to its original position.

     

    3. Double-coil solenoid valve working principle: Equipped with two coils, one controls suction while the other controls

    return movement of the valve. When energized, the control coil creates a magnetic field that pulls in the movable iron core

    and opens up the valve; when power is disconnected, under spring force, the iron core returns to its initial position and

    closes off the valve.

     

    4. The difference lies in that single-coil solenoid valves have only one coil which simplifies their structure but results

    in slower switching speed for controlling valves; whereas double-coil solenoid valves possess two coils enabling faster

    and more flexible switch operation but leading to a more complex structure. Additionally, double-coil solenoid valves

    require two control signals which may complicate their control process.
