Points for attention
(1) Proportional electromagnet failure
① Due to the aging of the wiring socket (base) of the plug assembly, poor contact and the welding of the electromagnet lead, the proportional electromagnet can not work (can not pass current). At this time, the meter can be used to detect, if the resistance is found to be infinite, you can re-weld the lead, repair the socket and plug the socket firmly.
(2) The failure of coil components includes coil aging, coil burning, internal wire breakage and excessive coil temperature rise. The coil temperature rise is too large to cause the output force of the proportional electromagnet is not enough, and the rest will make the proportional electromagnet can not work.
For the coil temperature rise is too large, you can check whether the current is too large, whether the coil enameled wire insulation is poor, whether the valve core is stuck due to dirt, etc., one by one to find out the cause and eliminate it; For broken wire, burnt out and other phenomena, the coil must be replaced.
The main fault of the armature assembly is that the armature and the friction pair formed by the magnetic guide sleeve wear during use, resulting in the increase of the force hysteresis of the valve. There is also a push rod guide rod and armature different heart, will also cause the increase of force hysteresis, must be excluded.
④ Because the welding is not strong, or the welding of the magnetic guide sleeve is broken under the action of the proportional valve pulse pressure in use, so that the proportional electromagnet loses its function.
⑤ The magnetic guide sleeve deforms under the impact pressure, and the friction pair composed of the magnetic guide sleeve and the armature is worn during use, resulting in an increase in the force hysteresis of the proportional valve.
⑥ The proportional amplifier is faulty, causing the proportional electromagnet to not work. At this time, the various components of the amplifier circuit should be checked to eliminate the fault of the proportional amplifier circuit.
7 The connection between the proportional amplifier and the electromagnet is broken or the amplifier terminal is disconnected, so that the proportional electromagnet does not work. At this time, the broken line should be replaced and reconnected firmly.
